AUC announces new Chair

University of Leeds take over the Chair from Reading.

Professor Simon Mortimer hands the reins to Professor Stefan Kepinski, University of Leeds, from March 2024.

Simon held the Chair during a year of significant activity in AUC, delivering the Research Strategy, PhD Conference, and stakeholder research priorities project.

Professor Stefan Kepinski is Head of School of Biology, and Associate Director of the Global Food and Environment Institute at the University of Leeds.

His current research focuses on pathways to regenerative, net-zero agriculture, and growth angle and auxin impacts on plant biology.
